The Prosperity Campaign of Hillsborough & Pinellas Counties is a strong community collaborative supporting low- and moderate-income working people through the promotion of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), Child Tax Credit (CTC), free income tax preparation assistance, financial education and affordable deposit accounts and Individual Development Accounts (IDAs).
